Family Roots, Florida Strong
Millennium Contracting, Inc began as a family effort when the owner's uncle started the company, and the building contractor license followed in 2004 in the wake of Hurricane Charley. Working through that period meant learning Florida codes, permits, and storm challenges up close, which still guides how we design and build every home and addition today.
Over the years we have stayed focused on one clear goal, to make the construction process easier to understand and less stressful for our clients. We remain on site three to four days a week depending on the schedule, explaining each phase in simple terms, answering questions in English or Spanish, and treating every project like it belongs to our own family. If you want that kind of hands-on guidance for your custom home or addition, we invite you to contact us and start the conversation.

Design And Planning
We help shape the layout, budget, and schedule, then handle drawings and permits so you know what will happen at each stage.
Build And Supervise
Our team manages construction on site three to four days each week, checking quality, coordinating trades, and keeping you updated.
Walkthrough And Move-In
We complete final inspections with you, address any items that need attention, and make sure you feel comfortable living in your new space.
What To Expect Step By Step
Your project usually begins with a phone call or visit where we learn about your home, goals, and budget, then we move into design details, drawings, and permitting so everything stays on solid ground. During construction we are on site several days each week, answering questions and guiding each trade. The service experience finishes with a careful walkthrough, clear explanations of your new systems, and a clean jobsite so you can enjoy your upgraded home.
